Meet The Team.

Ian has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years and is a respected member of both the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and the British Dental Association (BDA). After qualifying from Liverpool University in 1985, Ian worked in practices in Liverpool, Chester & St. Helens, until he opened his own practice 10 years later.

Przemek is Scandinavia’s only ESCD Certified Dental Technician and is the founder and CEO of Cosmodent AB. Since starting the business in 1998, he has built a lab that blends technology, craftsmanship, and artistry, with a focus on functional dentistry, full-ceramic, and digitally designed smile rehabilitations.

Daz is the Clinical Director of Ollie and Darsh, multi-award-winning private dental practice in Liverpool. He is also the secretary to the European Society of Aesthetic Orthodontics and a mentor and clinical instructor to other dentists for Six Month Smiles®.

Hector finished his degree in Dentistry with awarded Best National End-of-Degree Project from the European University and a scholarship from the Spanish Association of Endodontics. Simultaneously, he started his journey completing the core curriculum at the Dawson Academy.

Natalie is a dental assistant with over 10 years of experience in the field. As an integral part of the team, she leads our 3D Printing for Dental Assistants and Complete Digital Assistants courses. She also plays a key role in assisting Ian on his courses, her expertise and dedication ensure both colleagues and participants receive the best guidance and support.

Bhu is a retired London dentist with a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades. He earned his BDS with distinctions in 1981, passed the LDS exam in 1982, and later attained the first Diploma of the Royal College of General Dental Practitioners by examination in 1992.

Dr Konstantinos (Dinos) Kountouras completed his dental studies at the University of Liverpool in England in 1991 and then went on to complete the Master of Science in Prosthetic Dentistry and also the PhD in Prosthetic Dentistry and Biomaterials at the Eastman Dental Institute, University of London, UK.

As co- founder and co-investor, Martyn brings a wealth of broad business experience and strong financial acumen that provide a solid foundation to support the company’s aims and values. While his background is not rooted in digital dentistry or education, his strategic insight and commercial expertise add significant value to the business.

Dr Selar Francis completed his Dental Degree in 1988 from Dental School University of Baghdad. In 1996, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), along with his California dental license.

Mats has been practising Implantology for the past 15 years and took his post graduate education at the Royal College of London 2014-16. In 2016 he founded mobilkirurg.dk –  a surgical company that does specialised surgical clinics in greater Copenhagen.

Dr. Nebal Nabut is a passionate and detail-driven dentist originally from Ramallah, Palestine. With over 20 years of experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, she has built a career defined by precision, innovation, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
